Sharing Stories
By Stacy Book
Writing stories about how God has changed my life, how he has worked in my
life, how he has used an ordinary person like me to accomplish his purpose, has been such a rewarding experience and a joy
to be able to share with others how awesome and how great our God is. I'm so thankful I have the privilege
of sharing these stories with other people. I always pray these stories will touch people and it will help
them to know God and to want to know him better.
We all have a story.
If you believe Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave and you have accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, then
that is Chapter 1 of your story- your salvation story.
Chapter
2 is the rest of your life here on earth. It tells how God has worked in your life each day.
As I write all these stories, I am writing Chapter 2 of my story. It's amazing when I look back
at what God has done. It reminds me to keep trusting in Him and to have faith that he's going to take
care of all my daily needs.
Chapter 3 has been
written but not experienced. It reveals the final phase of our salvation when we will enter Christ's
presence fully. We will stand before him in his glory as newly changed creatures in Christ.
Chapter 3 fills us with hope to keep writing Chapter 2.
We encourage you to e-mail us here at ChristDepot.com Give us some of your stories from Chapter
2 of your life and we will put them on the website. If you haven't accepted Jesus as your Lord and
Savior and would like to start Chapter 1 of your salvation story, please CLICK HERE TO CONTACT US. We would be happy to talk to you and even send you some information and free gifts so you can start a
new life in Jesus Christ.
Will you start your salvation story today?
Will you let Jesus Christ give you the
hope to keep writing?
Hebrews 9:28 says: so
also Christ died once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time,
not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
Some
of what I have written in this story comes from a devotional book called Open Windows. As I was praying
about what to write next, I read it and God started giving me ideas about what he wanted in my next story. God
never fails to amaze me.
